Refined Construction was very easy to work with and did great work. No trying to upsell me or fancy sales tricks, just honest straight forward roof and gutter replacement. They were responsive throughout the entire process. Shawn came out for a quotation and day of the re-roof. Chardae in the office was excellent from start to finish. There was one item on the quotation I and Refined missed, but we had discussed. It was a small job and Shawn completed the work without making an issue of it. The roofing crew did a very nice job and cleanup. Refined subcontracted the gutters with someone who did high quality work. I spoke with the gutter contractor owner before and after the job and he was excellent as well. My gutters and downspouts now look better than the original.
